This was a press breakfast event we catered for Swarovski, the theme was the unveiling of the Christmas collection. We were asked to do breakfast items that were delicious and simple, so we did some mini Danishes, mini croissants and mini ‘pain au chocolat’s. The gingerbread men cookies, Christmas tree cookies and star cookies were directly inspired by Swarovski’s gorgeous crystal tree baubles. There was also a selection of hot drinks and non alcoholic cocktails.
