We made this cake for our friends at Montenegrói Gurman restaurant to congratulate them on opening a second location. The cake represents a ‘treasure chest’ of worldly and spiritual wealth. The key at the front of the cake symbolizes the key to happiness and success.
Everything on the cake is edible, the Buddha mask is made of chocolate, the precious stones are made of sugar the key and hinges are made from chocolate. The flavour was chocolate ganache and vanilla sponge.
