This was our display table for the 2011 Best of Budapest Gala event. All of the floral decorations that you see were custom made by our very talented team of florists and the golden cherry blossom tree canape display/center piece was made by a very skilled carpenter that we often cooperate with.
The inspiration behind the whole table was the coming Spring (the Gala itself was in March) and everything literally bursting back to life. The many wonderful canapes and cakes featured spring flavours in berries, fruits, vanilla and chocolate. All the gorgeous glass like decorations on the cakes and canapes were made of poured, moulded and sculpted sugar. Tonnes of hours of labour went into this display, but we believe it was worth all of the effort, and we managed to create something amazing to be proud of.
